what is this place?
This is the home of natter, the RISC OS instant messaging solution. On these pages, you should be able to find all the information you might want regarding what it is, what it does and where you can get it. Please have a look around and please let me know if you find any mistakes, errors, missing links, or if you think the site is so stunning that you'd like to buy me dinner. Whatever your reason for getting in touch, I would love to hear from you - just knowing that there are interested people out there does a lot for a programmers morale! So, please make yourself at home and wander around the site. Navigation controls are located neatly around the edge of the display area. The left hand column is accessible to all, whereas the right hand column (apart from the first two links - 'login' and 'register') is reserved for registered users.
Enjoy your stay.

Everything is broken
News posted on 18 June 2004
This is a long overdue message - apologies. As anyone who has downloaded the latest version of natter (1.20) will have found, neither of the protocols connect successfully. I am still working to fix this, albeit much much slower than I was this time last year. Development is progressing, but there will be no further releases in the near future. Sorry. Please keep watching this space (but don't hold your breath). |
