QWe reported earlier this month that Qercus was back in action with Issue 273 ready to be dispatched soon. John Cartmell, editor of Qercus has now confirmed that the issue is being sent out to subscribers this week.
The latest offering from Qercus contains a wide range of articles including a "hands-on preview of the A9home computer" from Advantage Six, "and RISC OS-32".
Other articles are:
  • A round up of news and future RISC OS prospects through the eyes of Steven Potts and an extended show report.
  • Part 3 of AppBasic by Joe Taylor
  • An examination of the database needs of genealogists
  • The final part of ArtWorks for Architects
  • Choosing a brand new printer for RISC OS
  • File Examination looks at graphics files
  • Ray Favre's Introduction to BASIC series
  • StarInfo concludes the analysis of GenText
  • Pluto as a Database ends with a look at complex searches;
  • The new Developers' Corner
Issue 274, which will be published in early March is just about to go to the printers, and "will include an even wider range of articles".

A9 home computer I wonder what it is like.

Power?
Memory?
Castle or Simtech USB?
Price?

I'm wishing I had one, just to read that article, but my lack of funds doesn't allow it. I'm not sure what he means by a hands-on preview. Does that mean that they actually had one of the machines to preview?
