Why not have a "censor rude words" option in a user's control panel, and turn it on by default and for unregistered users.
That's a great idea!
It could be called the "Censor unwanted naughty things setting", although as that's such a mouthful it might need abbreviating. :o

I think it's more up to the site's maintainer than the individual user whether rude words appear on the site. I'm not saying for here, I don't give a fuck, but once incWorldDom gets out to a wider audience...
