No need for that. It's just the text 'Access denied'. Not even any HTML tags or other gubbins in the page source.

It also takes about 30 seconds or so for it to appear, so I guess something is breaking and timing out somewhere.

(And it's still broken! rabble rabble rabble)

Deleting my cookies or using a different email address for non-logged in posting doesn't work either. And nor does using NetSutf on my Iyonix.

Have you banned my IP? Rage

Yep unhappy

We had a good run, but the lack of updates recently really pointed towards the fundamental problem - we've all moved onto other things, really. Sad, but it's for the best.

I've got a new blog coming, which *should* be launching January 1st. Anyone want to bet on whether it'll happen or not? tongue

Aw, I really liked NTS. You've published some great articles over the years and it'll be a shame to see it end. I blame RTD for not writing enough Doctor Who for you to review. Also: five updates a month? That's at least four more than TIB manages! tonguegrinshock

Is it the long-awaited Woof! site?

Glad you enjoyed it - hearing stuff like that makes it all worthwhile. And yeah, I think we did some great stuff over the years (and very little of it to do with me).

It's just a shame that nobody has the time for it any more. But we've all moved on, really - and without the core team, there wasn't any point in carrying on.

Interesting how so many people keep asking me about that shock

No, it's not. But I might post some Woof! stuff on it - people are obviously interested...

If by "interested" you mean "using it as a running joke whenever you launch a new site", then yes tongue

Although I suspect any content you come up with about it would be interesting anyway smile

Also, boo for other things killing NTS unhappy If everyone worked to a 36 hour day then I'm sure I would have had plenty of time to write stuff for the site!

I'd imagine it refers to the TV series.

Indeed. Always wanted to do a fansite for it. Never got round to it, sadly.

Just a standard (but tasteful) blog template for now, and a very small start. But hopefully lots to come smile
