I only popped down to my parent's house to migrate their email to their new accounts, and it's started bucketing down. It's started flooding at both the back and front doors - and I came here in my slippers!
Is it thundering and lightning where you are, peeps?

I only popped down to my parent's house to migrate their email to their new accounts, and it's started bucketing down. It's started flooding at both the back and front doors - and I came here in my slippers!
Is it thundering and lightning where you are, peeps? It sounds a bit windy outside (I can't see - my curtains are closed*) and I think it rained a bit a few hours ago, but that's it.
* I just can't be fucked to stretch over the desk to open them. Why bother? I'll only end up closing them again later. |

Also - you came in your slippers? Who are you, Arthur Dent? My slippers are kind of like trainers, but with a deck-shoe-type sole and the laces nicked for another pair of shoes. Well, they slip on.
I managed to make it back in one piece during a lull in the storm. And then went into the garden to check the pond, and got soaked pushing through the overgrown hedges to get to it.
