Okay, people have asked for this so I may as well let you guys use it The bugs system isn't finished either, and yes it does have bugs :), but I can add any features we need as and when we run into problems.

If you're interested in using it, the first thing to do is to go here and register. I'll then let you know how to access and submit bugs.

Note that we're developing this for a client, and the forum is a publically viewable section, so no joke posts please :).

Ok: http://www2.incutio.com/tickets/

Still plenty of stuff that hasn't been implemented, but let me know if you get any errors or anything that stop you using the system.

This site is hosted off the company DSL line, and we have a BT engineer coming at some point this afternoon to fix something so the site may be down for a little while.

Cheers for the help guys :).

How does 12 new bugs and a comment about the URL bug sound? :)

A couple of questions about the tracking system:

First off, do the 'steps to reproduce' actually get recorded anywhere? When looking at existing problems I don't see any mention of them. Same thing with the '-> Posting', '-> Display', etc. bug categories - are they used for anything yet?

Also your clock seems to be an hour fast, and the 'started at' times in 'your tickets' seems to display the current time instead of the creation/edition time of the ticket.

Apart from that it looks to be coming along nicely :)

Yup, all stored, just not displayed at the moment.

Doh, hadn't noticed that :).
