Host IB on an Iyonix
Run !WebJames through aemulor
Trust me, I host a cgi-enabled WebJames website on my StrongARM RiscPC back home, and it allows one connection a second. And I specifically wrote all the CGIs in BBC BASIC for speed! Even with an Iyonix, you couldn't run a proper site on it.

There was another server though wasn't there? I guess you've tried all the options though  Hmm... |

Well, I ran everything with PHP as that's built into WebJames, so from what I can recall was much quicker than any CGI. Did you check the WebJames configuration - there's stuff about connections/bandwidth in there as well.
Even with an Iyonix, you couldn't run a proper site on it. I tested local copies of my sites perfectly fine, only falling down when I needed databases such as MySQL...  |
