A great thing to do in an empty computer lab is run round the room, moving the mice so that the screensavers turn off. Then after about 15 minutes, all the monitors suddenly turn off in a domino-chain type effect.
Well, it was a long night.

Well I'm in a computer lab at Uni, I should be doing my intelligent systems work, but it's so boring!! I'm going to play with the faces because I've not managed to make them work before!

Or swap the keyboard and/or mouse connectors of adjacent computers around... Best thing to do with Acorns (or riscstations) is to swap it so one machine has two mice, and one has two keyboards. You may have to reboot them, but it's quite effective. |
