The demo used to be available from my software website, but that's long since died a death. I think if you keep an eye on the Acorn section of ebay, it'll appear soon enough and very cheaply too.

Well, it's up to you, but it's going for about 49 pence on ebay at the moment. In total, it's not likely to cost more than a couple of quid.

Hi I dont have a real Acorn that can play Overload just the emulator, and I doubt that Overload would work on that. Its just that I always wanted to play the game then when the demo was avaible I couldnt get it to work on my A3020 then years later discoverd Red Squirrel and tried to hunt down the demo again. I could buy it on ebay I just thought someone might have the demo which I could try first. Well anyway thanks for all your help. |

You can try to find the dmo at these ftp archives http://dmoz.org/Computers/Systems/RISC_OS/FTP_Sites/
especiallly the Stuttgart one is extremly big |

Your in luck I found the demo on the Acorn User CD4 wich was tucked away on my A7000 will upload it somewhere soon! |

Anyway i couldnt get it to work with red squirrel and I know that it dosnt work with my A3020 so I'm all out if luck but once again thanks for the great response. |

I have a copy of the demo working on Red Squirrel if you're interested? I can send it as a PC .zip, which you would just drop into your 'hostfs' folder. |
